what is Moon Under Water?

Moon Under Water is just a blog about anything. The idea is to have an online forum for ideas and opinions, like an online public space for debate or concepts. The idea originated from a George Orwell letter, which can be found here.

Established in 2011, the blog features a variety of topics, opinions, ideas and articles. There is a tenuous link from one topic to the next, just like a conversation in the best fictional public house in the world.

Due to current time constraints posts will only restricted to once every week or even fortnight – apologies! Comments, queries, debate and ideas are always welcome and anything you would like to contact about please feel free to get in touch.

  1. I love the phrase ‘coffee-shop flaneur’ – did a bit of that last weekend! Had the best chai latte in a coffee shop in Deloraine, Tasmania … =D

  2. oh my tell me about it – good coffee makes good blogging possible. Planning to try US classic – pumpkin pie latte (made with real pumpkin though!) over in the UK this weekend!

    1. Interesting choice – you must let me know how that goes down.

It would put a bizarre new twist on that joke from “Airplane” – “I like my coffee like I like my men – pumpkin pie latte”.
